Ordering and Credit Information

General Information

• A 15% handling charge will be made for stock goods returned.
• Special Order material and assembled units cannot be returned.
• Horner is not responsible for items left here for more than 30 days.
• Special order items under $100 must be paid in full at time of order.
• Special order material and custom products require a deposit.
• All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Terms

2% 10 days, net 30 days. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be applied to balances unpaid 30 days after date of invoice.
