[New Photography] 60 Ship Street Providence

[New Photography] 60 Ship Street Providence

New in our photo gallery is a charming historic factory building turned modern office space located in Providence’s Jewelry District. The N.H. Haronian Building at 60 Ship Street was built by Nazareth Haronian in 1925 to house Mr.Haronian’s small jewelry and novelty company. Over the years the building has had many occupants including the well-loved local beer brewer Narragansett Brewery. Thanks to a sizable investment by Desisto Law Offices, 60 Ship Street has been fully renovated and transformed into a gorgeous modern urban loft office space.

Thank you to Desisto Law Offices for choosing Horner Millwork to be a part of this extraordinary renovation and for allowing us to photograph your beautiful building.

The building’s original windows were replaced with energy efficient Kolbe Forgent Series windows. The window package included direct set, awning, and casement units. Kolbe Forgent windows are constructed of Glastra®, a proprietary hybrid of fiberglass and a UV stable polymer.

New Cooper Preassembled Stairs are not only aesthetically nicer in the space, they are also much safer than the building’s original staircases.

Horner Commercial doors and hardware meet Rhode Island’s fire safety building codes, provide security for the building, and complement the modern design style of the offices.
